We have a 24 hour after receipt return request policy on all items

You will be 100% responsible for the costs and packaging of return shipping. Contact us first if you have any concerns with your order. We meticulously inspect any items that are shipped back to us using AI photograph inspection software which compares the returned items to our original photographs. You will not receive any refunds for altered or damaged or replaced crystals which are returned instead of the originals. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any concern.
